Polsat adds Eurosport HD on May 25th

The Polish DTH platform Cyfrowy Polsat will increase the number of HD services it offers to three when Eurosport HD is added to its channel line up on May 25.

Local reports say the two parties have reached an agreement securing carriage of Eurosport HD on Cyfrowy Polsat, which has almost 2.3 million subscribers.

Cyfrowy Polsat currently provides Polsat Sport HD and HBO HD free of charge, and Eurosport HD will also be available for free, though only until June 30.

Eurosport HD has also secured carriage on Cyfra+ and n, Poland’s two other DTH platforms.
